Data basis and disclaimer
Our database is regularly maintained by the BAG-SB office.
The database only includes legal entities or advice centres, but not individuals (even if they may have recognition in accordance with Section 305 of the German Insolvency Code (InSO)). An overview of who will be included in the directory can be found here.
The individual data records on this website only contain information that is either publicly available (e.g., websites of the counselling centres or the umbrella organisations) or has been communicated to us by the counselling centres themselves. We assume no liability for the correctness, relevance, quality or completeness of the data and exclude any liability.
